Pipestone County requires a permit for all work within the right-of-way of County maintained highways. Types of work requiring a permit included but not limited to utility installation of water, sewer, electrical, gas, and telecommunication lines, and field drain tile. Pipestone County currently does not charge for issuance of the permits.
